Tina’s coaching helped hold myself accountable, prioritize myself, & better align my actions & focus to the goals most important to me. From starting our sessions, I have turned some of my long-term goals into a reality & know her coaching accelerated my progress. I’ve personally grown & developed an increased confidence, more of a growth mindset, & tackling excuses & risks head on, that have previously held me back. Tina’s passion to helping others unleash their full potential is truly inspiring & I’m very grateful to know her, & for the positive impact she has made in my life.”

“Tina was pivotal in coaching me to change my thinking about conveying confidence versus fearing self-importance. She used tools to guide me in verbalizing my goals and to go after what I wanted, versus accepting what was given. I could not believe after trying for over a year without an interview that within several months, I had scored interviews for two different jobs, and had leadership advocating for a new position for me. Tina listened past my words and reflected back what potential was already there! I am enjoying my newfound role and happier self.”

— SENIOR OPERATIONS LEADER— THE ST. JAMES CANCER CENTER

“Working with Tina was one of THE best decisions I’ve made.  Receiving honest, practical, and clear-cut advice and guidance was incredibly beneficial in this journey of life.  I originally intended our time to be career/professional discussions … however, I quickly picked up invaluable suggestions that have changed my personal day-to-day life for the better which, in turn, enhanced my professional life.  I can genuinely say that I wish I would’ve met with Tina years ago. My husband quickly noticed a positive change in me, and I feel more inspired than I have in decades. There was some soul searching at the beginning of my journey, but that’s inevitable if changes are going to happen. It is absolutely delightful to show up in the world celebrating life.”

“I’ll be honest - as a young, naïve twenty-three-year-old, I had no idea what a life coach was, nor that it would be the least bit helpful. Being fresh out of college - launched into the world during a pandemic, no less - I couldn’t be happier that I took a chance on it, and for the time Tina invested in me. Since working with her, I have seen not only my professional development blossom, but my personal life as well. Tina is extremely passionate, authentic, caring, articulate and energetic. And like any good coach, she knows when to give you some tough love to get you going in the right direction. I was blown away by her ability to articulate my words and find the diamonds in what I thought was mostly rough. By working with her, I was able to recognize my strengths and live life more confidently. I’m lucky I was able to start working with Tina at such a young age, and am now a firm believer that everyone could use a life coach. Just as you wouldn’t attempt to reach the summit of Mount Everest without a Sherpa, there is no reason to attempt to reach your life’s summit without a life coach. Reason being, without having that guide by your side, you might never truly know just how high you can go. And I’m confident that there is no better person to coach you through this climb we call life, than Tina.

Tina’s Vision:

“It is a pleasure and an honor to journey alongside people as they endeavor to live their BEST LIFE. My vision of how leadership should evolve is one of humility, mindfulness, whole-hearted, empathetic, and above-all people-focused. It brings me great joy to envision a world where there are more leaders like this … where we create ecosystems for people to live to their fullest potential!

I believe, with my whole heart, in the power and tremendous value that people can bring to organizations and the world. True coaching lies at the center of helping to tease out an individual’s aspirational purpose and unleash their full potential so that they are contributing at a higher level and leading a more fulfilling life! People win and organizations win when people are authentically operating “in their zone” and purposefully living at their best. It is in this space that I find my greatest joy with coaching.

I also believe that organizations need more emotionally intelligent leaders at all levels. I especially love the idea of “servant leadership” … leaders with empathy… who see the power and value of people and know how to work with others in a way that creates psychological safety and brings out the best in people. It brings a much-needed humanity to our business world and builds a foundation for a more abundant life and experience for everyone.”
