Tina’s Vision:
“It is a pleasure and an honor to journey alongside people as they endeavor to live their BEST LIFE. My vision of how leadership should evolve is one of humility, mindfulness, whole-hearted, empathetic, and above-all people-focused. It brings me great joy to envision a world where there are more leaders like this … where we create ecosystems for people to live to their fullest potential!
I believe, with my whole heart, in the power and tremendous value that people can bring to organizations and the world. True coaching lies at the center of helping to tease out an individual’s aspirational purpose and unleash their full potential so that they are contributing at a higher level and leading a more fulfilling life! People win and organizations win when people are authentically operating “in their zone” and purposefully living at their best. It is in this space that I find my greatest joy with coaching.
I also believe that organizations need more emotionally intelligent leaders at all levels. I especially love the idea of “servant leadership” … leaders with empathy… who see the power and value of people and know how to work with others in a way that creates psychological safety and brings out the best in people. It brings a much-needed humanity to our business world and builds a foundation for a more abundant life and experience for everyone.”
